1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email or phone. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

  • After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the product as per our return policy (mentioned below).

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened condition with all original packaging and labels intact. Used or damaged products are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued once the returned product is inspected and verified. The refund will be processed to the original payment method, and you will receive an email notification once the process is complete.

  • Timeframe: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

3. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Return: We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items that were purchased on sale, as part of promotional offers, or bundled with other products cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Exceptions

  • Certain items such as software, downloadable products, or consumables (e.g., printer cartridges) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective.
